The Management of Ultimate Security regard the promotion of Health & Safety measures
as a joint objective between themselves and their employees. It is the policy of
the Management therefore to do all they can to prevent personal injury and damage
to property, and to protect everyone, including members of the public, as far as
possible from foreseeable hazards and danger, as they may come into contact with
the Company or any of its activities.
The Management of Ultimate Security particularly recognises its responsibility to:
- Provide and maintain Safe & Healthy working conditions for its employees
- Provide training to enable their employees to carry out their duties in a safe manner
- Recognise and adopt all statutory requirements for Health & Safety
- Continue to take a progressive interest in Health & Safety matters
- Involve and consult its employees in the requirements of Health & Safety matters
The management also recognises that its employees have a duty to co-operate in the
implementation of the Company's Health & Safety Policy by:
- Working at all times in a safe manner
- Adhering to their duties
- Reporting incidents that may have or have lead to injury and/or damage to property
- Adhering to the Health & Safety Policies and procedure as outlined in the Company’s
H & S Policy Manual
